some of the files that it thinks are infected atcualy are not virues …………………
This program is a total scam. It “found” 58 infected files on my system, most of them in the system32 folder. Uploaded them to VirusTotal, surprise surprise, they’re all clean. But I already knew my system was clean. I can’t believe you let this garbage program “fix” your crucial system files, nor that you so casually deleted files in the system32 folder based on this program’s “advice.” Please get a clue. The positive reviews on download sites are bogus. The real reviews have more detail.
msseces.exe delete
In my opinion malwarebytes anti malware works better.sorry
@doubletrance you do know windows xp is the most used OS in the world right?
OHH BTW i just noticed why do you use microsoft essentials do you really think it’s better than avira or avast?? plz tell me your opinion on that

@doubletrance youre such a dumm*ss
@doubletrance It’s a Virtual Machine
@Britec09 I know you often use Windows XP or maybe a virtual machine if you are testing an antivirus product where you feel the need of downloading viruses just to see if the antivirus can catch them.
I wouldn’t want to risk my Windows 7 after all.
@Britec09 There seems to be another bout of something travelling via facebook/msn, had a few with last summers issue of fake virus checkers that make browsing to most sites become impossible unless you let it scan, then it wants 39.99 for there ‘fix’, a rollback/system restore fixes it long enough to get protection on, but if they have restore disabled and you cant roll back its a pita, then it needs something on a usb stick to clobber it with
@lezbriddon lol nice reply
XP still has a place for the smaller machine and laptop, I use XP on two and also XP is going on an old p4 2.4 this afternoon just to use as a web editor / dev machine for my PIC 18F work, they still need virus & malware protection too!
Instead of hating people who go out of there way to share something they have found try clicking the thumbs up button for once, I heard an urban myth it combats male pattern baldness erectile dysfunction and also stops you sounding like a (rhymes with) brat
@doubletrance you should remember that windows xp is the most used version of windows in the world.
