Mcafee Problems :)?

Hey!
It’s me again, with my hopefully-soon-world-famous McAfee problems. Well, just kiddin, im just in trouble again.
My McAfee is saying that all the Active Shield components haven’t been installed, and the virus scan doesn’t work. I have asked my dads employers (who i got it from), and they say that it is the complete McAfee packet.
I have reinstalled McAfee TWICE, and it hasn’t helped. Anything else that would probably help? I wouldn’t like to reinstall again, since it takes a couple hours.

There are many ways 2 fix this issue.
Remove all other security programs like symantec, adaware, spybot from the computer
remove all mcafee programs 4m control panel
reinstall mcafee
if issue persists, contact vs using the link http://service.Mcafee.Com
select the option technical support and use chat medium
